At The Coping Lab we are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment where individuals and families can heal from trauma, manage stress, and foster personal growth. Our unique approach blends traditional talk therapy with hands-on, engaging activities to help clients explore and manage their emotions in healthy, constructive ways. Led by Imari Melton, a Marriage and Family Therapist, The Coping Lab provides personalized, trauma-informed care tailored to each individual's needs.

Music Lab

Expressive Art Lab

With a passion for helping individuals and families heal from trauma, Imari uses a holistic approach that combines talk therapy with active, engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment. Her mission is to guide clients through the process of healing, offering tailored coping strategies that foster emotional well-being and growth.
