You've Tried Everything But You're Unsure How To Address It Anymore?

Withdrawal and Isolation: Teens may pull away from family interactions, preferring to spend more time alone or with friends, which can signal emotional disconnection and a lack of communication with parents.

Increased Defiance or Rebellion: Teens often act out through defiance, breaking rules, or challenging authority as a way to express frustration or assert independence, particularly when they feel misunderstood or unsupported by their parents.

Emotional Outbursts: Anger, mood swings, or frustration may escalate in teens who struggle to communicate their feelings effectively, leading to frequent emotional outbursts or conflicts with parents.

Poor Academic Performance: When a teen is emotionally disconnected from their parents, stress or anxiety can spill over into schoolwork, leading to declining grades, lack of motivation, or school avoidance.

Active Healing Therapy (AHT)

Healing Through Movement, Expression, and Connection Active Healing Therapy (AHT) Framework

Overview

Active Healing Therapy (AHT) is a revolutionary approach to mental health that combines traditional talk therapy with physical and creative activities. This dynamic method acknowledges that healing is not just a mental process but a holistic experience that involves the body, mind, and soul. By incorporating activities like rage rooms, art therapy, music therapy, and other physical or creative outlets, AHT accelerates the healing process, allowing clients to open up more quickly and effectively than traditional therapy alone.

Benefits of AHT

1. Quickens Emotional Unblocking:

- Physical and creative activities help clients release emotions that might take weeks to

surface in traditional therapy.

2. Builds Rapport Faster:

- Shared experiences in non-traditional settings break down barriers and create a strong

foundation for trust and openness.

3. Promotes Holistic Healing:

- AHT recognizes the connection between mind and body, using physical and creative outlets

to support emotional and mental well-being.

4. Encourages Ongoing Healing:

- Clients leave sessions with practical tools (like creative activities or physical exercises) that they can continue using to manage their emotions.

SAFE ZONE (12 WEEK PROGRAM))

12 WEEK PROGRAM

The Safe Zone Program is a 12-week journey of active healing therapy designed to help teens release stress, manage emotions, and break free from past trauma. This immersive experience meets three times a week, giving participants the tools they need to heal in a supportive, structured environment.

How It Works:

- 3-Week Blocks: The program is broken into four 3-week phases to ensure steady growth.

- First 2 Weeks on Zoom: Each block starts with two weeks of virtual sessions, where teens will learn foundational techniques for emotional management and healing, from the comfort of their own space.

Last Week at the Coping Lab: The final week of each block brings the teens to the Coping Lab, where they’ll engage in hands-on activities across various labs, designed to help them channel their emotions in a safe, creative way.

**ALL MATERIALS ARE INCLUDED AND PROVIDED BY COPING LAB

By the end of the program, your teen will have built emotional resilience, discovered new coping skills, and begun to break down the emotional barriers holding them back. The Safe Zone Program offers a supportive community for parents and professional guidance every step of the way.
